Assessment Payment Options
CMS offers several convenient ways for you to pay your association dues. Please call our office at (630) 834-3370 if you have any questions regarding the payment options.
Payment Coupon Book
We offer a payment coupon book method for paying your assessment. Simply make your check payment to your Association and mail it, along with the proper month’s coupon to our office in the provided pre-addressed envelope to CMS, PO Box 387, Downers Grove, IL 60515. Be sure to include your account # on the memo line.
Online Bill Pay (thru your bank)
You can set up an online bill payment through your bank. If you choose this option checks should be made payable to your Association and mailed to CMS, PO Box 387, Downers Grove, IL 60515. Be sure to include your account # on the memo line.
Pay Online
Through our banking partner owners have the ability to pay dues using the following secure and convenient online payment system. This feature allows same day processing and can help you avoid paying late fees while providing the added convenience of payments via credit card, debit card, or electronic check. Note that the payment processor charges a convenience fee for this service; E-Check—$1.95, Debit Card—$5, Credit Card—2.95% of payment amount. Click on the link to pay your assessment. You will need your unit account number, email address and association ID. Email CMS for your Association ID.
